Studio 11 is unique. We are a hair and beauty salon that supports and promotes the importance of a healthy mental and emotional state of being.

Working in an industry that is stereo-typically all about looking good, we are a salon that is also passionate about how our clients feel. Providing a warm & friendly, relaxed and professional atmosphere, we look after our clients above and beyond your hair and beauty needs through also arranging FREE support groups, positivity talks, meditation evenings AND whilst sharing self help tools, motivation and inspiration along the way.

Our wellbeing aspect is aimed at helping people who are in need of some support. Our wellbeing evenings are designed to get you back on track and heading in a positive life direction.

Sunita & Kelsey's story.....

The owners previously worked in a salon together for around 10 years and have been in the industry half their lives. Both extremely passionate and highly skilled in their field of work, they decided to set up on their own and create a studio that provides a personal service for each customer, so that they can enjoy some real hair, beauty and wellbeing TLC. Studio 11 have a wide range of services that not only relate to the hair and beauty industry as they are also passionate about the overall well-being of their clients too.

'Over the last few years we have had a few things going on in our personal lives and have changed our whole way of living to cope with struggles that we have faced. We have learnt a lot of self help tools to cope with grief, anxiety, relationship breakdowns and confidence issues. These tools that we have learnt have helped us gain a more positive state of mind and now we would like to share this knowledge with any clients that may walk through the door, going through any similar struggles too.'

'We have created a studio in an environment that feels safe and one where any person of any age, size, colour, gender & look can genuinely walk through the door and feel completely comfortable in our presence. Without wanting to give up the jobs that we have have always known and loved, we decided to incorporate wellbeing also. As we do truly believe, you can only look great on the outside if you also feel great from the inside.'

Quasi hair colour is similar to that of permanent, however it is ammonia free and kinder to the hair. It lasts approximately up to 12 weeks and the regrowth line is not visible. It is not as strong as a permanent colour but stronger than a semi permanent colour.

A skin test is also required before any eyebrow or eyelash tint service. Skin allergies can occur at any time and it is not suitable to take any risks before any tinting service where a skin test has not been carried out.

PARKING INFORMATION

We have two parking spaces available at the back of the shop which is situated off of Longlands Road.

There is a pay and display car park behind the row of shops behind Sophie's Choice restaurant, at Old Farm Avenue, for a small fee and is roughly a 3 minute walk from the shop. There are also some bays down the side roads available.
